Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

Store credit is issued digitally and can be used toward any future ELARA LANE purchase.

We do not currently offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is applicable (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, we'll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or used items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase is also required.
